Booking and Reservations

  • You can book directly through our website using the book now button!

    For bookings of 10 or more people please see our group bookings page.

  • Payment for direct website bookings are taken from the card details provided upon booking.

    Payment for Hostelworld bookings will be completed via a secure payment link sent by us via email.

    Payment for all other booking platforms will be handled directly by the booking platform.

  • Payment for non-refundable rate bookings are taken in advance.

    Payment for flexible rate bookings are taken 72 hours prior to check-in date.

  • Flexible rate bookings can be cancelled or modified at no charge up to 72 hours prior to the check-in date.

    To cancel or modify your reservation please contact us directly via email.

Rooms & Facilities

  • We have a variety of room types ranging from private twin rooms up to our 26-bed dorm. We also offer female only dorm rooms. To see which room type suits you best head over to the hostel page.

  • All linen is included in your stay and your bed will be made ready for your arrival!

    Towels are included in all private room bookings and are just £2 to rent for all dorm room guests.

  • All dorm rooms have lockers in them, you will just need your own padlock to secure them. You can bring your own or purchase a combination lock from us for just £5.

  • The whole property is covered and access to our Wifi is free.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in time is 3pm.

    Check-out time is 10am.

  • You can arrive at any time for your stay with us. Please let us know if you won’t be arriving on the first day of your reservation to avoid your reservation being no-showed!

    If the online check-in process is completed and payment successfully made you will receive your check-in email at check-in time on the day of your arrival.

    We also have staff on site 24/7 so if you have any problems give us a call and we will be on hand to help!

  • We do have the option for an early check-in (midday), and a late check-out (11am). To book these options please contact us directly at least 24 hours prior.

  • Luggage storage is available between 8am - 11pm.

    Prior to check-in luggage storage is free. After check-out luggage can be stored for just £3 per bag.

Amenities & Services

  • Breakfast is included free of charge for every guest. It consists of toast/jams/spreads, cereals, fruit, fruit juices, tea/coffee/biscuits.

    Breakfast is available from 8am-10am each morning.

  • We have a fully equipped kitchen open 24/7 for guest use.
